My wife and I had a wonderful and very informative 7 hours tour of lovely Kyoto with our excellent private driver Nobu Nagata. 

Nobu is a pleasant and quietly efficient gent with vast knowledge of Kyoto and we had a fabulous private tour led by Nobu Nagata.

It started with Nobu picking us up from outside carriage 7 of our Shinkansen bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto and ended with him seeing us off at Kyoto station.

We would certainly recommend him.
