Dear Mr. Nagata,
In March 2017, I (along with two to four others) had the pleasure of having Mr. Nagata as our guide for Kyoto and nearby areas for two days. He was an excellent guide - very punctual, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He made our stay in Kyoto most enjoyable as well as quite interesting. He took us to places that tourists would not normally visit. Plus, he was most agreeable if we needed to stop for coffee or a lunch break. Mr. Nagata planned our two days very well and we saw more than we could possibly have seen on our own. Plus, the transportation he provided was terrific - very clean, spacious and comfortable. Mr. Nagata's English is very good and he provides interesting details about the locations that we visited. Our trip to Kyoto was an A+, largely because of Mr. Nagata. (Note that I have been to Kyoto before but having Mr. Nagata as a guide provided a completely new experience. I saw parts of Kyoto that I did not see before and that were "off the beaten path.") I have no hesitation in recommending him to you as a guide.
